New Aura & Updates

Finally!

After several months of being unsure as to what the new Aura should look like, it has been decided! You can check out the first drawing of her in the gallery.

And, yes, this means I need to draw new emoticons for this blog. I'll get to it . . . eventually . . .

Other updates this time around include the CG and sketchbook galleries, the characters page (with information on Aura) and the webcomics listing with a few additions and subtractions.

So what's around the next bend? Hopefully a new place to call home! I'm zeroing in on my options and, with a little luck, will be moving at the end of the month. More info on that as it develops (or when I remember that I have a blog again :P).

A More Complete Update

Alright! Updates have been made to the gallery, webcomics spotlight and character page (again). Everything should be relatively up to date now.

Things in the real world have been fairly . . . hectic. I still don't know where I'm moving to. A lot of it has been hesitation on my part - whether it's because I don't know what the first step should be or I'm not looking in the right places or it's something else, I'm not sure. A lot of the cities I've been researching look good on paper but aren't as interesting when visited. I suppose it's a lot like writing the new chapter of a book. When I wrote papers for college, the body and ending of the work flowed easily. The introduction, however, was a completely different matter.

Still, I'm doing my best to remain optimistic and do something new with my life. We'll see where it takes me. When I know where I'm going, I'll more than likely post it here since there'll be some internet down-time associated with the move.

And, before I close out this blog entry, a big thank you goes out to everyone who's offered or provided advice, guidance and observations. You know who you are.

Sluggish Update

I know, I know . . . it's been a while. I'm dropping in a few updates tonight and will add some more tomorrow. Promise. ;)
